At Wild Wild Western Wear, we want you to love your gear; if your boots don't fit or your hat isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring every cowboy and cowgirl is satisfied with their purchase through a hassle-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center and keep your receipt to track your return until your refund is processed.
